Enlist To Serve

Aren't you ready for Jesus to come? Aren't you tired of disappointments, tragedies, uncertainties and pain? Jesus promises to return as soon as the work is done, so let the women of the South Bahamas Conference be on the move!

The Women's Ministries Conclave 2016, under the theme, Enlist to Serve, promises to take us from stagnant to zealous service for God.

The dates and times for the 2-day Conclave are:

  • 7:00 pm on Friday, September 14th at the Hillview Seventh-day Adventist Church.
  • Then, 9:30 am and 5:45 pm on Sabbath, September 15th at the William M Johnson Auditorium (formally called the Church of God Auditorium) on Joe Farrington Road.

But the blessings are not just for the ladies this year. Invite the special men and children in your lives on Friday and Sabbath evening. And please, don’t forget friends, coworkers and neighbors. This event is for everyone.

Our chosen Speaker, this year is: Pastor Hyveth Williams

Her influence is felt around the globe through books, sermons, counseling and the widely acclaimed television series, "A Painted World: Portraits of Illusions and Reality". Dr. Williams' spiritual journey entitled, Damascus Road: Hyveth Williams’ Conversion Story is regularly televised on the Trinity Broadcasting Network. Also, Dr. Williams is the first black female pastor and the first female senior pastor in the Seventh-day Adventist denomination. Concurrently she serves as a professor in Homiletics at Andrews University and pastor of the Grace Place Seventh-day Adventist Church.

This year's Conclave won’t be enough to just hear about it. Plan to be there. Call 242-341-4021 or see your local Women’s Ministries Leader and register Today!

All ladies who register can expect a small surprise on Sabbath morning....don't be left out!
