Bethany Seventh-day Adventist Church
GREETINGS & ANNOUNCEMENTS
18 APRIL 2015

From the desk of Pastor Eric D. Clarke

Welcome to Bethany where resurrection takes place
thru anointed preaching & Holy Ghost singing. As you submit to Him, may your soul be blessed beyond measure. We welcome you on behalf of our Pastor, officers and members who take this opportunity to wish you a happy Sabbath and an enjoyable weekend. Please feel at home in the presence of God and our family today. You are among friends who are delighted to worship with you. We appreciate you as our special guest of honor. We treasure your presence and endeavor to do all in our power to ensure that your worship experience with us is enjoyable, profitable and positively life changing.

Bethany will conduct 5 nights of evangelistic meetings beginning next week, April 25-May 2. All are asked to support this venture with their presence and support. We must bring our families and friends for this significant week, Sabbath, Sunday, Wednesday, Friday and Sabbath. There will be special health promotions nightly. Let us double our efforts in telling others about the love of Jesus. Let us Rekindle the Passion, Fan the Flames and Share the Joy!

Today is Elders Sabbath in a Round Robin way. Each Elder will have 7 minutes to present on the theme, “If I Had One Sermon To Preach.” Next week we will give out our health book of the year. Last year we gave out a book called “Beyond Imaginattion.” A free electronic version is also available at www.daretobelieve.com.

Next Sabbath begins the Search For Truth Bible Seminar here at Bethany. The meetings will be held from 7 – 8:45 on Sunday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and regularly on Sabbaths.

This coming Wednesday, April 22, our church will have a Rally for the upcoming Campaign & Revival from 7:15 to 9:15. During this time several 15-minute presentations will be conducted. It is always an exciting training service and your time will be well spent.

You are encouraged to read the Bible thru this year. You can do this by reading 3 chapters each day and 5 chapters on 1 day of the week, a total of 23 chapters each week.

We are too few in number, our enemies are too many, our cause too great for us to weaken each other at this time. Sir Winston Churchill.
