The campaign was led by Pastor Ernst Prince, the pastor of the Francophone Seventh-day Adventist Church, who served as the main speaker throughout this spiritual journey.

Month-long audio training held for church media teams

    The South Bahamas Conference Media Department recently concluded a month-long audio training session, which began on June 7 at Bahamas Academy on Marshall Road. The training was led by Elder Romanoff Bethel, an experienced audio engineer who has worked on various conference and school events for many years.

Bahamas Academy celebrates the class of 2026

Excitement was in the air as Bahamas Academy celebrated its graduating class of 2026. The week began on June 9th with the promotion exercises for the lower division under the theme rooted in faith growing in knowledge at the Holy Trinity Actives Centre The first ceremony was held for the students in the Early Learning Centre.

Local church takes children on a great health adventure

New Providence church is making a positive impact on the lives of young people by promoting healthy living through a two-day Great Health Adventure under the theme, "8 laws one amazing you". The health series centered on the Eight Laws of Health, and was held May 30 and June 6, brought together over 50 children for an interactive learning experience focused on nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, temperance, fresh air, rest, and trust in God.

The Adventist Laymen’s Services and Industries (ASI) Bahamas Chapter recently celebrated ASI Sabbath here in the south Bahamas Conference on June 13. Members and supporters worshipped at Berea Seventh-day Adventist Church, under the theme, Christ’s Method in the Market Place. Through music, personal testimonies of international missions, and a stirring call to action, the congregation was reminded that every believer is called to be "salt and light" in their daily spheres of influence

Adventist Men are empowered by Christ

On May 30, Men from around the conference spearheaded worship services in their local churches to celebrate Men’s emphasis Day under the theme, Empowered by Christ. The day served as a reminder of the importance of spirit-led men in churches, communities and homes.
